We’ve put together a list of last minute essentials that you can use improve your Fourth of July, whether you’re looking to camp in the Ozarks, grill and chill, or just sit and watch some fireworks.

Fourth of July Essentials

  • Sunscreen – If you’re going to spend time outside, you need to don the sunblock.
  • Insect Repellent – Ticks, chiggers, mosquitoes – they’re all bad news. Force bugs to keep their distance with a healthy dose of insect repellent.
  • Camp furniture – Celebrating Independence Day is about having fun and relaxing. Relaxing in comfort with lawn chairs, camp tables, etc.
  • Hammocks – What beats grilled food, a frosty beverage, and the company of friends and family? Doing all of those things from the comfort of a hammock.
  • Sunglasses – Sunglasses help keep your eyes safe from UV radiation and help preserve your vision. They also let people know that you’re one of the cool kids.
  • Hats – Hours in the sun will lead to sunburned noses and bright red ears. A sun hat is the perfect way to prevent lobster face.
  • Insulated pint glass and insulated growlers – What’s worse than a cold beverage that is no longer cold? Nothing is worse than that.
  • Water bottles – Be sure to stay hydrated while out and about this Fourth of July!
  • Lanterns – Don’t let sun down end your festivities prematurely. Grab a lantern or two and keep the party going.
  • Fire forks – A simple way to add some fun to your celebration. Grab a few fire forks, some s’more fixings, and go to town.
