American-Made Survival Knives

american-made-knivesUncle Sam’s has something new: American-made survival knives from Esee and Tops.

Esee Knives has an interesting history. Randall’s Adventure and Training (affectionately known as RAT) has been offering survival training to military, law enforcement, and similar groups since 1997. They began designing knives for their Amazonian jungle survival course and similar adventurous undertakings. At first, they had these designs made by other knife companies, but soon they began creating their own knives to their own precise specifications.

Esee knives are made of high carbon 1095 steel and come in a range of sizes with various sheathing options. They’re handy for hunting, skinning, fishing, or for general campground use.

Tops is another company with direct experience. Many of the guys at Tops have military and Special Forces backgrounds, while others are martial artists and outdoor educators. The designs of Tops knives are informed by the real-world experience of the team.

Tops knives are made of high carbon alloy steel and they are pre-treated with Tuf-Glide.

Depending on the specific knife you choose, you’ll find that they have a range of other survival tools and features, from whistles to hacking edges for chopping wood. These knives need to be seen and felt so you can appreciate the quality and specialness.

High quality steel knives should be clean and dry before being put away in order to avoid rust. Care for your knives and they’ll take care of you!

Uncle Sam’s is happy to have these all-American knives in stock right now at our store in Evelyn Hills in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Come in soon for best selection.
